Blessing is a Producer and Editor at The Podcast Studios, where she has worked on podcasts such as the Royal Dublin Society’s ‘Bearing Fruit’, Click and Go, and Women’s Aid’s ‘Too Into You’. She also works on voice-overs and voice-over reel production. Blessing has First Class Honours in her Masters in Journalism and Public Relations from Griffith College Dublin. Over the years, she has leveraged audiovisual storytelling to partner with stakeholders in different capacities. Her projects have been recognised with awards such as the Society of Voice Arts and Sciences (SOVAS), African Podcast & Voice Awards (APVA), and Shorty Impact Awards. She has done voice-overs for Adidas, AstraZeneca, Cartoon Network, HBO Max, Johnny Walker, UKGov, Unilever, UNICEF and WHO. And most recently produced and directed the video documentary, ‘The Desert at their Doorstep’, which was featured on CNN.

Conor is a podcaster, producer and writer, and the Head of Podcasts at The Podcast Studios. As a published author, with a PhD in English and a decade of teaching experience, he helps podcasters to shape and tell great stories. He hosts and produces his own award-winning arts and culture podcast, Words To That Effect, which he has performed live in both Ireland and the UK. At The Podcast Studios he has edited dozens of podcasts, including shows for Met Éireann, Aldi, Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland, Chadwicks, International Literature Festival Dublin, and Trinity College Dublin. Conor also works on training and development, running consultations, workshops and podcasting courses.

She completed her masters in Digital Media at the University of Galway and has a BA in Music and English Literature from University College Cork. Katie Flannery graduated with a first-class BA (hons) in Journalism and New Media from the University of Limerick. Following this she has worked as a news reporter for Live95 radio, RTÉ radio and most recently as a researcher on Newstalk radio. During this time she also has been freelancing for the BBC World Service and has made 3 audio documentaries to date. Katie has extensive experience podcasting, which includes co-leading podcast workshops with Athena Media. During her time working for various news organisations, she has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the media landscape. At The Podcast Studios, Katie is in charge of designing and pitching exciting new projects; liaising with current and potential future brands and clients to optimise output for all key stakeholders. While his education centred around the sciences, Paddy developed his skills in operations management while working in a range of industries from hydro electric utility services to back-to-education management. Joining the HeadStuff team from its inception in 2014 as a contributing writer he has worked as an editor of multiple sections of the award winning arts and culture website, he has managed the social media team since 2015, managing editor of HeadStuff.org since 2017 and has worked as a technical assistant for The HeadStuff Podcast Network since 2016 and The Podcast Studios since 2019.
